I use this build on joust/solo/etc when I have an early lead in experience and gold
Great for arena matches or trying to catch up. If you need more physical protection switch jotunns for breastplate of valor. Soul eater for genjis guard for more magical protection.
After using this build to successfully win a 1v3 joust match the other day, I've decided to share it with everyone. Let me know your thoughts or experience with it in the comments.
1st
Soul Reaver
Great for lane sustain. After completing item your abilities will heal you letting you conserve mana and stay in lane longer. Also provides a 10% cooldown reduction.
2nd
Transcendence
Best power item in the game. Also gives you a 10% cooldown reduction and lots of mana
3rd
Warrior Tabi
Necessary for power and movement speed
4th
Jotunns wrath/breastplate of valor
Max cooldown for chaac is a must. If you're doing well and dont need the physical protection yet Jotunns is the way to go. If not, breastplate of valor will keep you in the fight
5th
Shifters shield
Great choice for added power as well as protection from of the harder hitting opponents late game
6th
Masumane
Gives you more power but helps with protections when you charge the whole team. If you're not worried about protections and kicking *** I've been known to use bloodforge for max damage
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Otherwise, just follow banmuffins advice and build tankier to do your job as a warrior properly.
If you won a 1v3 Joust situation with this build, I would say the enemies were likely really not good. Yes, this is "max damage" focused, but you talk about Soul Eater being for early sustain. It's...okay for this, but the ability lifesteal portion is not great for him, since all of his abilities are AOE, meaning you'll only get 1/3 the effectiveness from them. And you DO have your own form of sustain in Rain Dance, you know.
And yes, this is very high power...but you're really, really lacking in penetration. You're handicapping your own damage without more pen from things like Brawler's Beat Stick or Titan's Bane.
And don't ever use this in Solo. You don't need the mana from Transcendence in the solo lane when you have the mana buff there, and your team needs you to tank in that role, which means you need waaaaaay more protections than what Shifter's Shield provides.
Serious, if I saw a Chaac build this way, I'd just tell my team to focus him and blow him up. =P

He tells the trooth. He has instructed us to focus down squishy warriors who didnt know what they were building.
Same here. While Chaac is pretty damned damaging, especially early game, your opponents aren't going to run from you, but rather to you so they can kill you and then kill your teammates. At least they didn't recommend buying Deathbringer.
For the record, I have Chaac at rank 10 and a 2.54 KDA with him in 124 matches. I always build him tanky with damage items like Masamune and maybe Void Shield. I'll also get Brawler's Beat Stick if the enemy team has a healer and/or more than one self-healer. I may have to try Titan's Bane on him the next time I play him.
