This is a really squishy build, but if you manage you Unchained correctly, it can be used as an efficient escape.
Soul Eater or Spirit Robe works for 6th slot
Pros:
-Very Good Early Game
-Good Escape
-High Snowball Potential
-Fluid Gameplay
-High Single Target Damage
Cons:
-Falls Off Lategame
-Can be Squishy (Non-Bruiser Builds)
-Weak to Silences
Warrior Tabi-AS is irrelavant for this build
Jotunn's Wrath-High CDR lets you spam out combos, early pen and mana are a nice bonus
The Crusher-This is an Ability build so Crusher is a must
Void Shield-At least some protections are needed, and the passive works well with
Hydra's Lament-Some mana and CDR, and a amazing follow up passive
Bloodforge-More LS and it will help keep you alive after jumping for kills
Standard Combo: Seething Howl, Unchained, Brutalize
Ultimate Combo: Ragnarok, Seething Howl, Brutalize
OR Standard Combo, Ragnarok
Ragnarok does over 800 damage with a full build so it COULD be used as an execute
Hey, it's been a bit since I've been on SmiteFire so this is a hello. I really enjoy Fenrir's gameplay and I've had this build in my archives for a like a year so this is me putting it out for feedback. I know a lot thanks to Boogie about Fenrir, primarily that where he really shines is as a bruiser. I've pretty much ignored that here so oops, but I've been using this build for a long while and it fits under his description of a decent enough Ability Based Build so I'll call it ok.
As always, feedback is appreciated. I am more than happy to add and alter my builds.

The reason I don't use shifter's is mostly that while it provides more power, however being below 75% is quite easy so you won;t see a lot of benefit from it, late game it's poked away easily and early game and early game you can lose it during clearing (although the build in lifesteal from fenrir will help you keep it up easier).
on top of that I feel that the 20 flat pen will give you somewhere in between the damage of shifter's passive, constantly.
Then we have defensive wise shifters only giving an advantage vs magic damage. physical the health from void gives you more ehp agaisnt physical damage. And this is below the 75%.
I guess I just find the consistency of void better. if I would get shifter it would be against a full physical team after void as you will have more survivability to make use of the power (although I would probably grab Blackthorn Hammer)
Could use with more situationals like brawler beat stick
