*Another option is to forego Mage's Blessing and go straight into Book of Souls to stack quicker
*Wards can be bought in place of health potions if the enemy jungler has high kill potential early game
*Wards can be bought in place of health potions if the enemy jungler has high kill potential early game
gems of isolation - Since Thoth has little to no CC, this helps him combo abilities a little easier
Shaman's Ring - Encourages combos by increasing damage. Works especially well on Hieroglyphic Assault, where each shot is individually fired making the bonus damage 30%
Soul Gem - The CDR is useful, but what you're here for is the lifesteal. Gives you longer sustain in lane and eliminates the need for health potions
Winged Blade - Especially useful if you're being harassed by a god with slows and Evade and Punish simply won't cut it
Magi's Cloak - If you're being targeted by a god with high CC, buy this
Rod of Tahuti - Works well with Final Judgement to really nail its ability to instantly kill anyone with low health. Works well with Shaman's Ring
Mantle of Discord - If you're being targeted by a god with high damage and little to no CC, this is the better choice over Magi's Cloak
Dynasty Plate Helm - This should be bought early and sold late, as its value decreases overtime. If the enemy jungler is too much, this is a short-term solution
Celestial Legion Helm - Essentially a more expensive version of Dynasty Plate Helm that doesn't need to be sold
Stone of Fal - Useful if the enemy jungler is magical, or if the enemy mid is too strong for you. You don't need to sell this late game.
*These builds are simply starting points as to how you can build
* Purification Beads and Aegis Amulet are your standard relics, in that order.
*If the enemy team has an Odin, purchase Phantom Veil in place of Aegis Amulet.
*Sell shoes and purchase Elixir of Speed and buy an item to replace shoes
*Purchase Potion of Magical Might after you have sold shoes, bought elixir of speed, bought an item to replace shoes, and upgraded your relics

Like I don't see the issue, swap deso for tahuti and then sell boots for speed pot and deso.
I agree. Will make changes immediately.
Start: Mage's Blessing, Magic Focus, potions.
Build: Shoes of Focus, Spear of Desolation, Divine Ruin, Soul Gem, Obsidian Shard, Rod of Tahuti, sell boots for Shaman's Ring or another CDR item if you need it.
Shoes of Focus, Spear of Desolation, Divine Ruin, Soul Reaver, Obsidian Shard, Soul Gem is better. Can sell boots for Rod of Tahuti.
Also the build has 30% CDR until you sell boots/blessing (or get magical power pot), so im not sure what you meant by "small cooldowns".
If it was up to me I wouldn't even list Soul Gem since the last change to his 3 but I have seen others build it, so it's fine I guess.
Soul Gem helps with Final Judgement burst.
I mean that Thoth's cooldowns are low on their own, not due to the build. So you can skip Chronos' Pendant and go straight into Deso+Focus.
I mean, still works fantastic on him for me: https://smite.guru/match/933829880 , as well as for others: https://smiteprobuilds.com/Builds?p_filters_page=1&p_filters_search=&p_filters_god=2203&p_filters_pro=~&p_filters_opponent=~&p_filters_role=~&p_filters_league=~&p_filters_sort=~
And if we look at the item's stats, it's 2750 gold for 130 power, 300 mana (more than bancrofts mana), and a passive that has a scaling percentage health magical damage component, that increases over 2000 health, and the cooldown that reduces the effect is only 3 seconds, which is fine for Thoth's kit. I really do think you are underrating this item, not to mention this season with the prevalence of Thebes and Blackthorn you are bound to get more higher health tanks in your games.

I know, thats why I gave the example build:
I just prefer Chronos' Pendant for the cdr rush early game, plus it leaves the build more open for damage without having to focus on CDR Boots, Deso or Soul Gem (which you can build on Thoth, but I find it meh since the nerf to his 3). And if you don't have to get divine on Thoth, then you can get Deso + Chronos' + power pot gives the max CDR + Chronos' passive.
Now I can finally play with my Geek Beak
Also I think Shaman's Ring amplifies the damage from Soul Reaver as well but im not 100% sure on that, nor am I sure that it is as effective.
Looks good overall, and items seem to be covered well.
As an FYI, you can try a different embedding for ability videos...previously I did some of it using Giphy (uploading a video and coding it as an image), but I was never really happy with the quality of the gifs. And I find YouTube videos for 5-10 second videos to be clunky.
Talked last night with Psi, and he pointed me to a different gif-making site (https://gfycat.com/upload) and with a bit of a roundabout process and different code (webm), got a much better quality that I'm very pleased with overall. If you want to see how I've used them and the quality, check out my Medusa or Freya guide. We could do this with Nox too.
Hmm... Is the code complicated/difficult?
*Ahem*
Sorry. :)
Updated.
Also I don't know if this counts as a combo, but you can 3 and ult from behind a wall or something from far range that people wouldn't know what hit them.
"One more thing: If you're trying to be stealthy, his incessant screeching will typically give you away." - I can't remember which skin it is, could be "Geek Beak" or whatever it's called, but I think it has the quietest ult casting sound. Also you can bait out relics with his ult, but since they added the mana cancel cost you want to be a bit conservative with this and not spam it too much.
Hmm, interesting. I never thought about that.
