At level 20 you can evolve bluestone into either but I prefer bluestone brooch.this build is early game ability focus. Level 2 & 3 as much as possible. Use poison darts(2) then push with rising jaguar(3). Play defensive early game until you get qin sai’s. Level branching bola next, ult last. Have fun. Check notes on extended build. Please vote.

You can replace qin sai and titans bane with any combination of these to boost attack speed and crit a bit more often. This will often result in higher damage but keep in mind crits are easy to build against.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Alright, let's see. Here's some general feedback. Since you're newer, I'll try to explain things a bit more in depth.
Here are a couple of builds that I would recommend.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
If Conquest, try building into Transcendence first with either Cowl or DT. If you get Branching Bola at level 1 and keep it on, the low mana usage means you should be able to basically always keep it on for wave clear.
That said, if you like the ability-based thing, it can work okay in Joust, though I would probably go hybrid (part ability / part basic attack) at most. In that case, you might try Cowl/DT -> Trans -> WD -> Shadow -> Silver -> [[
Conquest is definitely more of a grind, but as you start understanding the technical side more and more, the slower pace and laning phase may become something you appreciate.
Positioning and knowing where to be / when to rotate is definitely a thing people struggle with, especially when new to MOBAs or to SMITE in particular. Newer people struggle more but even more seasoned people can still find it difficult. It's tough because for positioning, you want to be able to provide pressure and contribute in fights, but not over-expose yourself to the point where you're caught out and can get ganked. If you're focusing on that aspect of gameplay, it'll come to you, just takes practice.
On Conquest ADC, if you'd like to watch some gameplay to get a bit of a feel for laning and general gameplay, I might suggest watching some pros...try BaRRaCCuDDa, Zapman or PandaCat on Twitch or YouTube. Keep in mind their games will likely be quite a bit different than what would happen in your games, so just use them as references and pay attention not just to them but what's going on around them as well.
