With the new patch, the first rank of shoes are going to give just 6% movement speed, and nothing else. They cost 300 gold. The next rank costs 700 gold, for 1000 total. The final ranks are the same price.

For junglers: Is sacrificing a power pot worth it for some mobility, now that you have Hand of the Gods?

For supports: Is getting Eye of Providence best, when you can get midas boots earlier?

For hunters: With Death's Toll and Tabi, you will have an extra 400 gold. How are you going to spend it?

For solo laners: What starting items are you going to get?

For junglers: I think junglers wont be needing speed early in a game, they can spend on power 4 sure.

For supports: Eye of Providence always a safe item , as u don't want enemy to have an early game advantage but for ymir n duo lane supports midas boots shall be better.

For Hunters: Instead of death toll bcz there is enough cash can start with a crit or lifesteal item to surprise enemy with.

For Solo laners: They can start with two starters and compromise on speed, weird but after initial jungle they can have 2.

Jungler's are starting out the same,

Tanks start out with hog, eye and wacher's and potions

Hunters can get a damage pot or a level one active and solo lane is defensive item or tier 2 boots plus hog and potions.
never forget dawngate and never forgive EA. Freia will hunt them for eternity.

Active imo, either Aegis or Beads depending on the situation. The damage pot on the hunter is most likely wasted. You might be able to push a little bit further to their tower (which makes you more likely to be ganked). Since the first 4 minutes is basically wave clearing and maybe, maybe some pokes. But you won't get any kills unless you are far better than your opponents. (in which case a damage pot is probably still wasted).
That's just my 2 cents.

Oy! Give me some privacy.

I've never started with a power pot as jungle.. afaik, there isn't a jungler that runs low on power to the point you'd need it, because of the MP5 on Bumba's Mask, plus Hand of the Gods to clear camps occasionally, and most ganks won't require more than two or three skills to complete if you do them right. By the time you're out of power, you're probably sitting on 2-2.5k gold and should probably recall anyways.

If I had to choose between movement speed and a power pot, though, I'd go for movement speed because that means faster camp clearing, faster leveling, more gold, and the ability to pass the enemy jungle.

As support, Eye of Providence is basically a requirement from the very beginning, unless you want to risk getting ganked. It's not hard for the enemy team to figure out if you've got wards up or not, and odds are if you don't have them, they'll figure it out and their jungle will be stuck up your *** before you realize what happened. IMO, gold gain is not worth sacrificing warding and LOS. LOS is the thing that wins lanes and games, not gold. Pick up Watcher's Gift on your first buy if you're worried about gold.

As ADC, I usually take a tier 1 Devourer's Gloves and tier 1 boots rather than Death's Toll, so I'll probably just go with tier 2 boots. Maybe I'll pick up a Potion of Physical Might instead, though. I'll have to see in game what looks best.

Solo lane, Mystical Mark and boots.

Im just pointing it out as a possible option thiel. Realisticly adc's have very little use for level one active's since most already have great escape's and won't need an aegis/beads till level 5 in case of ultimate's and they may find it more benificial to get more damage.

Mage's will get active's because their enemy has constant burst potential.

If you do not get DT on hunters Ill kick your teeth inn, like seriously if I see you do that in league I'll just camp your lane and kill you to ruin your day.
What you should build is DT, rank 1 boots, sprint and some pots.

Support needs the actives, but you could try and skip eye and go for Watchers/Mark, HOG, boots and a ward. But I would rather go the normal start.

For mid (see you forgot that), the rank 1 boots are totally useless now. So might get a 400g pot for fun (depending on who I play, 400g pot Ao is pretty stupid to deal with for example).

For solo I would say it is the same, Ankh vs physical and stuff like that.

Eye of Clarity: Active Item idea

Rank 1: Can see stealth for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 100 seconds.

Rank 2: Can see stealth for 3 seconds and vision is doubled. Cooldown: 100 seconds.

Rank 3: Can see stealth and vision is doubled and you can see through walls for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 100 seconds.

This is meant to be an anti-ward devise, and a general awareness item. So if you have no idea where the enemy team is, and you don't want an ambush, or if you want to secure the mid camps or make sure ganking is easier, use this.

And I made sure each CD is higher than Eye of Providence.

I will never build DT. DT gets replaced within a level or two every time. The return isn't enough to warrant picking up for 800 gold when you could start Devourer's Gloves instead. And just because you say someone "should" get it, doesn't mean it's the best choice. Some ADCs hardly use basics at all to lane clear.
