I think not many girls play this game, may be 5-10% are female. Also, in a game we dont know who's a guy or a gal..Shall it be more fun and good for the publicity and word of mouth for the game if more girls gets involved with it. The game welcomes all but more shes are always welcome also here on forums.

I don't really see how gameplay would improve because of the sole reason that more women joined up. Don't really see why it matters what genitals my teammates and opponents have as long as they play well.

Better not really but popular ofcourse, why u hv so much issues with the attire and model of female gods, not just with few people but even in countries. Why female gods even exist, is it not sexist? The idea is to be kind and and nice towards all. Sexism cant be avoided.

Do you actually think that a girl in any of your games would say "Hey I'm a girl playing smite!"

Heck. Is there actually proof of what you just said that 5& are girls playing? Unless you have access to HiRez account data base... And don't tell me it's because of how they act in game or forum. Because a gamer girl would actually act like any kind of gamer guy. In sense that we're all the same.

So are you really inciting that "Girls" would make this game more interesting? Then that's a sexist thought. Thinking that more girls than more guys would make this game better. :/

I play Smite with a friend that's a girl, and while it's always fun playing with her, I've never felt the game play was better solely because of her gender.

Would a more diverse player base be cool? Sure, but I never stop to think what gender, race, age, sexual orientation, etc my teammates/opponents are. These things don't affect gaming for me as I don't split up people I game with based on these kinds of things. They're all the same to me.

My girlfriend plays Smite with me everyday. She is a gift from the heavens. :D She isn't very good, but she has legendary Ao Kuang, so I won't complain. It also keeps her from *****ing at me for being on the computer all day. xD

Personally, I m also from the same school of thought that both genders are alike in a game and it doesn't matter who's who at all. Gamers r all alike. But it wont harm anyone if its a matter of choice for smbdy if he/she want to show her gender or not. Why on facebook people mention there genders? Also, I have no access to Hi-rez database, 5-10% was just on perception. Its like if we don't know the actual figures n fact we should keep our opinion shut off. we don't know how many people play smite but we want more to play the game.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
