She lost her ability to stay in a hit with a few basic attacks after using her combo, but on the other hand, her hit-and-run combo got a pretty significant buff. I think this was a fine change.

The pounce got nerfed IMO.
It basically went from a 4 sec CC immunity to a 1 sec CC immunity :P
So now she is killable, a good Bastet was almost impossible to kill before.

I guess she was just able to do to much damage with the 2.

She is still first pick / ban material though IMO


The fact that they nerfed the damage on the 2 and changed the pounce makes it harder to kill someone with pounce 3-2 combo but easier to pull off.

Ok, my biggest problem is that............................. Bastet was one of the underpowered god before the visual rework then all of a sudden she becomes overpowered with just a small buffs?! I think it applies the same with Aphrodite who was the most underpowered god and now is pretty respected. Unless there is a sudden meta change, this seems ridiculous

The change to her leap, removing all of the delay, made a pretty big difference, actually. You could jump out, deal damage, and leave, and the enemy can't do **** about it. As for Aphro, I think when mid camps became less important, a support/mage who pretty much auto-wins the laning phase became more useful.

Or rather, someone popular picked Aphro and all those sycophants now declare her to be top-tier.
