Serqet is the newest goddess to enter the pantheon of SMITE. She will be available on the PTS soon. What are your thoughts about her? I actually liked the new mechanics they implemented, and also her design( classy, and not ''eww gross-insect'').

====================================================================================================
Catalyst - Passive
Serqet's Basic Attacks apply Catalyst, which consumes her lingering Poisons. If the target is affected by two different poisons they are dealt 10% of their maximum health has physical damage. If affected by three different poisons they are dealt 20% of their maximum health has physical damage.

Deathbane
Serqet dashes three times from side to side, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 +30% of her Physical Power as damage, and applying Deathbane Poison to each enemy hit. This ability can critical hit, and Serqet is immune to knockup while dashing. Deathbane Poison reduces a target's physical protection by 25% for 3s, after which it remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s. Cooldown 10s. Cost 60.

Cobras Kiss
Serqet launches her two blades forward, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 +40% of her physical power as damage and applying the Cobra's Kiss Poison. Cobra's Kiss Poison drives gods to madness for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s, forcing them to attack nearby allies, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 +30% Physical Power scaling per basic attack hit, or walk harmlessly towards Serqet. After the madness, Cobra's kiss remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s. Cooldown 18s. Cost 70/75/80/85/90.

Ambush
Serqet enters stealth, rooting herself in place. She may leap to a target location, dealing 80/140/200/260/320 +50% of her physical power as damage to enemies. She will stay hidden until she leaps or cancels this ability. Enemy gods within range 12.5 will reveal her. Cooldown 15s. Cost 70/75/80/85/90.

Last Breath
Serqet leaps to an enemy, stunning them for 1s, applying the Last Breath poison, then pushing them 30 units away. The Last Breath poison deals 150/275/400/525/650 true damage over the next 5s, and prevents healing. If an enemy dies while infected with Last Breath, they will explode, applying the poison to all nearby enemies. Cooldown 90s. Cost 100.

She seems like a cool goddess to play as, but most of the newer gods don't really pull me in, with a few exceptions.
Thanks to Ferrum for making the sig pic! He's beast af people.

I really like her.
I love gods with mobility (that's why I like Bastet) and I think her kit is very interesting, especially her stealth leap thing.
I do think however that her mobility might be too much? I can imagine it being very hard to kill her depending on the cooldown of her leaps.

My 2nd favourite god from the Egyptian pantheon finally will be here. Even though it was obvious that she will be an assassin (the only role missing from the Egyptian pantheon), I was still blindly hoping that she'll be a classic mage. Well...

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to playing her, maybe buy her vp if it's any good since I'm sitting on some gems right now.

Ability wise, I was honestly expecting some executing ability with the stinging tail and all. Something Scylla-ult like, but with an hp threshold execute like ****nathos has.

Last, but not least, I'm very happy that she's not gross-looking like the spider.

Ok so I paused the VOD when Bart scrolled over her passive it states:

"Serqet's basic attacks apply Catalyst, which consume lingering poisons. If the target is affected by two or three different lingering poisons they take additional damage.

2 Poisons consumed: 10% of the targets maximum health as physical damage

3 Poisons consumed: 20% of the targets maximum health as physical damage."

I think this means that her abilities will each apply a different poison (duh) but they stack, so you could have 2 or 3 ticking away at the same time, I also wonder since they are talked about as different poisons if it means they have a special effect? She is getting a new form of CC so that could incorporate with it. Could this mean mixed damage though? maybe having a magical poison on a physical goddess? Just a thought.

Her skill set looks intense. I'm very impressed at that dash and the different uses you can get out of it. Her stealth leap is also pretty clever in how it's done. She looks fun, and I'm looking forward to trying her out.

Her model looks pretty good too, other than the mechanical tail. It's not bad, but I feel they could have done something better than a Transformer looking tail. In fact, when I first saw it, it made me think about that one girl from the second Transformers movie that ended up being that Decepticon or whatever in the beginning. The scene where she was on the bed, and you saw a mechanical tail come out from her. Serqet's tail reminded me of that.

If her and Bastet got together. Apollo would no longer wish to be a stud. Scary fetish gods are scary. :c
