Speed of light: Baldr dashes forward, gaining 15/25/30/40/45% movement speed. And blinding all enemies when dashed to the area. Baldr has the option to dash back to the original location (where he casted the ability) within the next 4 seconds of casting it.

Good one! One question though, does he gain movement speed AS WELL as dashing? Or do you with "Gains movement speed" just mean the speed that he dashes with? Also, the scaling should be changed to 15/25/35/45/55% instead of 15/25/30/40/45%, so that it adds the same value for every level.

Idea for Baldr ability:

Untouchable: Baldr redirects all projectiles that would hit him back in the direction they were fired.

Just some bare bones, but I'm sure someone will find something to make it more flawless.

Also, what weapon will he use? A bow? 'Cause he didn't use one himself if I recall correctly. He didn't accually use a weapon at all, only his staff if needed. Although some sources says that the staff was accually a spear.

Ok, I got some more information on Baldr:

He had the mightiest ship ever made: Hringhorni, wich he could fold so that it would fin in his pocket.

His hall, Breidablik, is the most beautiful place in the world.

His name, even though it is old norse (Baldr, Balder, Baldur) it sounds somewhat like a word that means "Lord", "Prince" and even "King" in old english. Bald also means "The Brave" in old english. His name also is very simular to a baltic word (wich I couldn't find) that means "The light one", "The good one", "The shining one" and even "The god".

About the last fact, it seems like a very strange coincidence that Baldr sounds so simular to things that describe him in other langueges.

Well with the dash, it's how much he gains after dashing, and that's fine to change it. Also, he could ride his boat to the location, lol.

Impenetrable Ray (Edited by community): Killing minions and gods fills Baldr's light ray meter. Killing 10 fills the meter and he gains an additional 2% physical power per bar filled. His next basic attack passes through all enemies, blinding the first one he hits for 1 second and increasing it by .5 seconds per enemy hit. The basic attack also does a 1.5 damage multiplier. The meter is drained when the basic attack is used and his additional physical power resets within 20 seconds of the basic attack.

Hringhorni (Ultimate):
Baldr unfolds his ship, driving it forward (Ao Kuang like length). In his ship he is immune to all cc effects and takes 30/35/40/45/50% less damage. The ship itself deals 90/180/270/360/450 (+50% of your physical power.

Also instead of a delay, why not a fade into the darkness for Cilliz's ultimate?

Pretty much what I had in mind when I made the ability. I'm just calling it a delay because, well, it's a delay before you become fully stealthed.

After Baldr I think we should do a bruiser, as there are only 4 of them in the game. The bruiser should come from the Egypt or Hidu pantheon, and of course new pantheons are always an idea.
