It could be different stances like hel. A night and day type thing, though he doesn't really have anything to do with stances.

HOW ABOUT Ah Ciliz passive:

When Ah Ciliz recieves damage > or = 5% of his max. health (Damage from abilities don't count) He gains 2% of his max. health as hp5 for 5s
Cooldown: 8s

When you say damage from abilities don't count, do you mean his own abilities? I assume so.

Everytime an enemy dies around him, he gains health equal to 1.5x the amount of gold.

Yes. Otherwise it'd be a worthless passive. Alternatively, it could be based on the enemy unit that died's max health.

Also, enemy units include jungle monsters.
