So, I've been trying Dota 2 lately. And I think the game is amazing... the only problem is... I don't understand a single thing.

There is no real meta in there. There is something like pulling the jungle minions to the common minions, so you can reduce the wave pushing. There is the deny thingy. AAAAAHHH, someone help!

I feel that my mind is too small to that game. So many different things... but I'm so interested on playing it!

The point I want to get is... does somebody from SMITEFIRE knows how to play Dota 2 and care to explain some things for me? I REALLY am not interested on creating another account on DotaFire just to ask for help.

My favorite Heroes so far are Venomancer( fav), Tidehunter and Slardar.

I've picked it up recently, but I suck at the game for a few reasons. I'm not a 100% on tactics like that, I seem to never understand how couriers work well, I can only play Sniper and Drow Archer because they're basically a right click to kill champ, I hate the lack of backing, and I hate how snowbally it is. If you die, you pretty much permalose your lane, gaining more and more certainty in the statement the later in the game it occurs.

But, if you need someone bad to learn it with...I'm right here with you. #BotsKickMy***

Interesting. I also hate the lack of backing a lot, the courier basically keeps buying potions for me in the shop. And yeah, I lost all my 4 Public Games because of SNOWBALL SMURFS OF ****, PLAYING PANTHOM ASSASSIN AND RIKKI. ALWAYS THE ****ING RIKKI.

But I could play with you. Venomancer can be a great support with his Free Wards + Slow Steroid. Just don't be mad at me if I happen to steal your kill with my venom, lol.

Ummm, I think you don't need to create dotafire Profile, this account is a universal account for all mobafire sites. Honestly, I think this game need even more than micro management, it is so hard. My teacher is a master at the first DOTA and he said I believe he needed 6 months (or weeks) to even study invoker. I think i'm not going to learn that game too much, too hard for my brain XD

I did play it, and I picked it up really quickly. It's really fun.

But, the only problem is the leavers. Every game there is a leaver, and that's why I don't play DotA 2. Maybe they've fixed it by now.

Also, I am a sole Pudge player, but I also enjoy my QoP and Batrider.

Here's a question... Dota 2 or the original Dota?

Dota 2 is full of OP unbalanced characters. As for Dota the creators constantly rebalance new heroes and items. Like almost every week there's a new updated map.

Dota 2 is totally unfair for newbie players. The tutorial sucks, I learned almost nothing from it, but from good guy smurf players from Bot Games. Not mentioning the strange stat system in there, totally different from the other MOBAs.

I've seen so many newbie tryhards on Pudge... they just screw up the match. The leaver system has been ''fixed''. When somebody leaves, they'll be on a lower match making priority, being matches with other leavers. I so wanted Smite to be like that...

And also. In dota they also take priority on the Bots. Good for beginners to practice on and fun to play against with some challenge (Not like playing against Smite bot Ra, owning him COMPLETELY with no challengee at all.)Not sure how bad/good Dota 2 bots are.

DotA 2 and DotA are exactly the same. One just has better graphics. Heroes in DotA 2 are just as 'OP' as they are DotA. Of course the answer will be DotA, because it's the same game except one just looks much better.

And content patches for DotA 2 come out as often, if not more often, then content patches for LoL. They just have a lot more unorganised schedule.

The DotA 2 bots are really good. The hardest bots are actually suprisingly hard (of course, I don't claim to be a master at the game) and the easy bots helped me greatly at the start..
