this is a build that was put together for new Artemis players that have to rely on auto build and dont know any items yet this is a build based around attack speed and crit you will be hitting for 700 ez per shot if its a crit

Do you know how protections work? I highly doubt you'll be hitting for 700 damage because you have no pen outside of

Probably, but he also had Masters/GM frame (so he's not a scrub, and the build looks half-legit so I don't think he was trolling), and he still had good damage output with his build path. Personally I don't like O-bow in crit builds at all, however, correct me if im wrong, but can the chain lightning proc crit?
Of course of course, I was just talking about the O-bow not good in a crit build part. And considering how hunter builds have been this season I wouldn't be suprised by some of the more, "interesting" builds im seeing.
