Hunter's Blessing and

Warrior Tabi. It is important to get Transcendence to maxed stacks as soon as possible in order to successfully clap the enemy's cheeks.

Jotunn's Wrath provides 20% cooldown reduction for those that want to use Heimdallr's abilities faster.
Heartseeker provides +75 physical power.
Void Shield provides sustain and physical protection, but also helps with shedding physical protection.
The Executioner provides extra attack speed.
Titan's Bane is a "**** you" to physical protection.
Runeforged Hammer provides Heimdallr with extra damage because of its passive.
Most of these items provide penetration and all can be useful late game, but choose wisely.

I see many builds for Heimdallr that focus around attack speed and crit. Although attack speed and crit are useful for most hunters, Heimdallr's passive prevent Heimdallr from critting for 100% bonus damage. Heimdallr's abilities and basic attacks do about 700 damage and Heimdallr's ultimate ability does about about 1,000 damage with these items late game anyways. In addition, there is no need to go crazy on the attack speed when The Crusher or The Executioner work just fine. This build includes, lifesteal with Bloodforge, anti-lifesteal with Brawler's Beat Stick, and extra "**** you" with Hydra's Lament. In addition, Brawler's Beat Stick is an extremely important item because everyone has healing and builds lifesteal nowadays. However, if this build isn't your cup of tea, that's fine. I understand. Heimdallr will ********* any enemy no matter what you build.
Heimdallr's leveling order is situational and depends on your playstyle. However, I suggest leveling up Heimdallr's 
Piercing Sight twice before unlocking
