I use this build for fenier all the time its a high pychical penetration ability based biuld.
His basic hit will do in the 200s but his attack speed is slow. I find his 1 and 3 combo very effective. He can beat down any type of god.
Ill take any feedback anyone has im always looking to improve.
If theres two mages or a mage and guardian this biuld works well it gives me the passive of ancile and the protections i need to be in the mix.
This gives u max pen and a good amount of physical protections. Use this when matched with pychical power based enemy's

Fenier is great with setting up kills and straight out killing the enemy. His big problem is the ablity to get away fast. His leap is great but if u use it to jump on a god getting away from the crowd is difficult. A pro to him hes great at damage finish. He can jump right out the side lanes and just delete someone who is low great for mid game kills.

I have added in a few of my counter builds to things i commonly face when using fenrir. I always struggled with guardians it was my big issue. So i found out if i use ancle early and still biuld max penetration i can really stand a chance against the big guys. There has been other times with a warrior a assassin and a hunter i was pared with. This happens way to often. I use the phyicial build this still gives max penatation. But i use shifters shield and hide of the uchirn to grant me a good amount of protection so i dont get beat down the minute i leap.

Also, next time you update, don't forget the skill order.
1) you may consider Ancile instead of Spirit Robe and Void Shield instead of Titan's Bane (depending on enemy composition). The Stone Cutting Sword reduces Titan's Bane effect a little bit.
2) Masamune isn't the best item in joust. You wont get the full benefit of the passive (my opinion). A substitute for this could be Hydra's Lament or maybe something like The Crusher, or another defensive item.

As far as technical aspects go, your Skill Order Leveling is irregular, as it is not possible to order a Skill more or less than 5 times.
As far as the build goes, I feel that you have rushed Titan's Bane too early, as the item is more effective against higher protections, which usually aren't prevalent until later in the match.
Further on skill order leveling, typically you want to focus on maxing one ability over others, so that when you use it you get the greatest effect possible. In most situations for Fenrir, that will be Brutalize. Suggest checking other Fen builds such as this one by boogiebass to get a better idea of proper skill leveling.
Past the Titan's Bane being built a bit too early, I also feel Stone Cutting Sword isn't really the best item for him. It might be okay in some circumstances, but...not really preferred.
You may also propose some other items. Brawler's Beat Stick and The Crusher can be pretty good as offensive items. Void Shield, Ancile, and Shifter's Shield are all pretty good bruiser items. And Mantle of Discord, Hide of the Urchin, and Magi's Cloak are alternatives to Spirit Robe, again depending on situation.
