Here's why:

I play Smite because I like to play against other players. I don't like to play against bots/NPC's.

If anyone here plays WoW, you'll know what I'm talking about. If not, I'll explain.

In WoW, there's two types of content: PvP and PvE. The same abilities are used for both these content.

However, often when trying to balance a class (The WoW equivalant of gods) for PvE, they'll screw something up for PvP for that class.

I don't want this whole trouble here.

Relax they are not ever going to make any kind of PvE content in Smite :P

I want a DECENT AI mode, like in League, but there will never be legitimate PvE in this game. It'll be bots at best, who are using the same characters we are.

well PvE is needed in smite, without it say goodbye to fire giant, gold fury, minions, towers, all non-players things go byebye. i enjoy fighting bots if i want to play a couple of games with my friends who suck balls at the game and need practice. as far as expanding PvE content, if like in LoL they make different levels of bots (easy, normal, hard) i wouldnt mind. beyond that i dont see what else PvE content they would add. besides like more buff camps, ect. and i wouldn't be against that at all.

In WoW, im guessing PvE and PvP damage, as far as my experience in MMOs, is calculated differently so they need to spend the time balancing them. i just dont see this becoming a problem in smite.

This. Bot matches with actual decent bots would be nice. Sometimes, I like to do practice matches either for the hell of it or to practice a different build, but the bots we have now are very easy and pretty predictable, though I haven't tried any of the new Co-Op matches.

If only one of us in the forums is a decent programmer. Then we can help HiRez fix those "stupid" bots.

The problem with this compared to LoL, is the way it's designed as a 3rd person shooter. There's no such thing as aimed auto attacks in LoL, and there's no stutter stepping against auto attacks for that reason. So it's harder to program *smart* bots.

There are simply far too many variable mechanics that players utilize regularly in PvP that would be insanely difficult to program into bots to use effectively. Hell, even LoL's bots can be pretty stupid when it comes to a lot of stuff, the only thing they're actually good at is skill chaining (the reason why "Annie Bot OP" used to be a thing) which is almost never an issue if they aren't fed.
Waiting on a good new MOBA, please.

Actually i think most hit the target attack like all of ne zha's kit is already made to always hit. I think she almost always hit me with that ult
