You want to keep Guardian's Blessing throughout your build until late game or once you've done brawlers.
Unless you want more anti-heal!

Why do you get Bulwark of Hope instead of Pestilence? Your guide says you are getting Brawler's Beat Stick for the damage. Get Void Shield instead. If you are getting it for the anti heal, you need to consider Pestilence instead of Bulwark of Hope.
Also, like Gulf said, fix your start.
If he did get it for anti heal, he'd have to get Pestilence first since he's the support. If he needed more anti healing, then he can consider BBS if the jg or solo (maybe) couldn't build it.
Thanks for pointing out I was unclear. Hope that statement cleared up my thought process.
1. You absolutely want to replace your starting blessing late-game for another item, there's no good reason to keep it because it loses its usefulness as the match goes on.
2. Your skill leveling needs some serious work because you only have 2 points in Lawbringer, 8 in Fearless, 6 in Power Cleave, and 4 in Change Stance.
That being said, what Kriega mentioned is correct: if you absolutely must play Tyr as support, then you're going to want to prioritize aura items over more selfish items like Bulwark of Hope. That and Sovereignty is built way to late to be of any real use.
A better start would be: Guardian's Blessing, 3 x Healing Potions, and 3 x Multi Potions.
On your first back buy either Warrior Tabi or Reinforced Greaves depending upon how the match is going: if your ADC can out-clear the enemy ADC and you're not being pressured much, grab warrior so you can keep up the pressure; otherwise grab reinforced.
Your second item should be Sov if you're facing a balanced Duo (physical and magical) or both are physical. If there's a strong healer in duo, grab Pestilence instead. Your third item should either be sov if you didn't pick it up or Gauntlet of Thebes. After you've finished both of your team-oriented aura items, then it's time to consider more selfish items like Breastplate of Valor and Masamune. DO NOT BUY Brawler's Beat Stick! Pestilence is all of the anti-healing you need to provide as a support; let your teammates buy things like Toxic Blade, bbs, and Divine Ruin. If they don't, kindly remind them to. Your job as support is to be in the enemy's faces along with your solo so your more squishy teammates can bring the hurt; part of that is providing aura items for your teammates that will help them do so, like Void Shield and Runic Shield. If you don't like aura items on a support, play solo instead.

All feedback was placed in but for my build I personally love Brawler's because as Tyr Support I like to be a part of the damage to contribute for my ADC, and knock most into Tyr's CC like his aggressive one does, and that aggressive anti-heal items can be just as useful for supports as it is for ADC.
