It's the only game I play at this moment, so yeah, it's my main game.

I play it almost on a daily basis, probably more when I'll be done with the college.

This game may have it's problems, and it does have some, but I still have fun with it, and that's all I care about.

Why are people still saying Vamana needs serious help

You saw Gamehunter use him, right? And Xaliea, despite playing Ra more, plays a WICKED Vamana.

I think people need to know how to use and build him properly. But that's neither here nor there.

I've already stated my activity on the on-point thread, so I digress.

But the effort-result ratio is still out of wack.

You have to be REALLY good with him to be good.

That's just called a high skill ceiling low skill floor god. There's nothing wrong with that. There are supposed to be gods like that - not every god should be able to be mastered unless you really put effort into playing them.

I thought this was a widely understood fact in MOBAs. Some things that are being stated in this thread are a bit confusing to me as they seem like something people say when they first start playing MOBAs.

It's not a low skill floor high skill ceiling god. Vamana is a high skill floor low skill ceiling god. You have to be really good with him for him to be par, and even with tons of skill investment, any ******* who played Chaac for a day can be just as good as you, if not better.

Id say Vamana is a easy god to play and master. :P

Max the umbrellarang thingy for wave clear and just farm until you get some defense, Fatalis, Sprint/Curse, Qin's and crit then just press 4 :D

You do not have to be the mighty godhunter to play him well, but he is far for uncounterable or impossible to kill. Which is the mistake ppl does with him, they are like "10% HP, so what? I got ult ezpiz!" then they die.

But go Vamana vs Aphrodite or Ra etc and you can just sit back and relax while the elo just pours down from the heavens :D

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
