I agree with your about the going-through-minions; removing counterplay potential = bad. I also love the max rank effect for Sic 'Em you got.

If you are going to reduce its speed, then let's not reduce it too much. The ultimate makes her vulnerable enough to melee characters. Maybe 25?

Can we do something to make Ra's heal a little less good?

Not only does it do a fair amount of damage (and can kill/nearly kill an entire minion wave while healing his own) but the heal on it is so good.

Now I'm not calling for a major nerf that'll make the ability useless, just something that'll tone it down a bit.

The thing about Solar Blessing is that it is a ground target heal over time. Unlike Hel's, it's not instantaneous. You have to be standing within the circle to get the heal. Sure, in lane, especially solo lane, it's powerful, but in team fights it's much less effective. We might, just might, suggest to reduce the healing done to minions by 25%, so that they'll get 75% of the original heal. Anyhow, we are talking about Scylla, so please, if you don't have any comments about her, wait for us to finish her topic.

Ah, I like the AoE damage idea you had, which helps her clear, but I also think it shouldn't go through minions, because that would remove counterplay.

Actually, now that I think about it, her numbers need a buff. Her combined scalings on her basic abilities is 140%. For a MAGE CARRY. Ao has at least 140%, and more if the enemy is in the direct center of the Tornado, and Ao enjoys a better early game.

Maybe have Crush deal more damage as it charges? That would help her waveclear while not making her PvP damage completely insane.

My problem with Solar Blessing is that it heals too much, even if it is over time. That means counterhealing is less effective, and hell, the fact that Ra can drop it on himself while being ganks, and gain enough health to sit there and fight back is ridiculous.

I think it could have less heal per tick with a longer duration, so he can't "burst heal" himself and others as much.

Seems like a good idea, though there's a problem. Since the cooldown on Crush doesn't start until she detonates it, making it deal more damage as it charges might not be as useful. But we could mess with the numbers a little bit.

Let's say Crush's damage increases by x0.05 every second, up to x1.25 damage at five seconds. Any more, and this ability would be riduclous with the right setup.

Max damage: 362.5 (+100% of your magical power)

I think that's perfect.

The idea for making the CD start upon casting is also a good buff, I think.

Since I don't see anything about Hel, I'd like to add this (dunno if somebody posted it yet, because tl:dr for all 21 pages):

-remove the cooldown for using abilities after switching stances! I mean come on, Ullr has no CD and it is not like he is OP...

-make Hinder / Cleanse (dark stance) actually useful. The debuff and slow it provides are not really visible, and many people actually consider using this ability a waste of mana...

Another thing is Aphordites Kiss. It requires some change, which would make choosing targets easier. It is pretty easy to hit your teammate instead of the enemy. I have already seen situations when Apro tried kissing the enemy and her teammate ran/got pushed in the line and she kissed him instead... Or maybe at least remove the possibily of kissing your soul mate again...
+all the is already there about aphro (pretty much)
