Firstly, Hades should never get Obsidian Shard. He just isn't designed to kill tanks, and should leave it to others. Secondly, the gods you list are... peculiar. I don't know if you got it backwards. Anubis is a high threat character since he can kill you in your ult without you being able to do anything, whereas Freya, Loki, and to a lesser extent Baron Hades can beat fairly reliably. As for Freya, she's a squish with no movement outside of her ult, Baron can't move either but has his root to deal with you. Hades' 2 is one of the few cc's that reliably remove loki's invis, and if you ult him when his is down, he's chum. I personally would fiddle around with the items to give him some more hp but otherwise, alright
If you're playing him Mid it's a consideration. In solo it would be more of a situational pickup.
Whom Freya can banish if the Hades player tries to agress unless the Hades uses their ult, but Freya can just ult out of Hades' ult.
Mid:
Build 1 overcaps CDR ( Breastplate of Valor + Chronos' Pendant + Shoes of Focus). Personally, I don't think Hades needs CDR, but if you want to build it, Focus should be enough.
Build 2 doesn't have enough pen for Mid.
Build 3 also overcaps CDR ( Potion of Magical Might exists).
Builds 4 and 5 are fine.
You can remove Chronos' from builds 6 and 7 and add something more useful instead ( Spear of the Magus or Soul Reaver). Build 6 builds pen too late despite Shoes of the Magi being built second.
Solo:
In general, builds are too squishy. Only Breastplate of Valor and Void Stone aren't enough, despite going Warlock's Staff in some builds. You also should consider items like Celestial Legion Helm, Hide of the Urchin, Mantle of Discord, Spirit Robe.
I understand the appeal of Bancroft's Talon on Hades, but it isn't really needed. If you apply Blight and use Devour Souls you'll heal yourself (and teammates) without the need of lifesteal. It can be used for early aggression against a weaker opponent, but I generally don't build it.
My preferred Hades build is: Shoes of the Magi, Celestial Legion Helm, Void Stone/ Stone of Fal, Hide of the Urchin, Divine Ruin, Pythagorem's Piece. Sell boots for Spear of the Magus/ Ethereal Staff/ Spirit Robe.
Some of your builds Cap CDR. Shoes of Focus in solo: You shouldn't be having hard mana issues since you should be picking up the blue buff.
Mid problems: Book of Thoth with limited mana items (or book of thoth at all)
solo problems: Shoes of Focus and capping CDR. Guardian's Blessing is strange too, since he has good wave clear.
You notice anything else out of the ordinary?
While they are expected to do some damage, that is far from their primary role, which is why most don't pick items that only provide damage like Soul Reaver. Also, with the amount of aura items out there that not only provide protections for the support, but also some type of utility for the team (HP5, MP5, attack speed, protections, enemy anti-heal, etc.), there's really no reason to pick up a purely selfish item like Hide of the Urchin. Sure there are non-aura items, but they aren't selfish: Oni Hunter's Garb helps keep you alive in the middle of a team fight where the enemy is focusing on you, allowing your squishier teammates to get their damage in without worry of retaliation; Spirit Robe is to help keep you alive when you're affected by hard cc, again so you're the focus and not your squishies; Hide of the Nemean Lion is there to make enemies building crit either kill themselves or run away, though they can switch to your squishy teammates; Midgardian Mail and Witchblade are there to slow down enemy basic attackers, giving either you or your teammates time to retreat, or slow the enemy down long enough for your teammates to finish them off or make them retreat.
Again, soul reaver and hide have no business being in a support build. The former is great for mid and the later for solo, but not support. I cannot change my vote until you revise your builds to be more effective.
-chronos pendant on a support
-spear of deso on a support
-Pen shoes on a support
-some of the last builds overcap cdr

for the criticism
3 of those builds contain Gauntlet of Thebes, which means you don't want to kill minions, at least at the stage you're stacking. This is of course in line with the concept of a Support. That said, Hades' kit really makes him really want to clear minions and blow at least 1-2 abilities in doing so...or he'll need to be aggressing on the enemy all the time instead...otherwise, what abilities are you using? Sure, you can heal a nearby teammate (as long as they need healing and they're close, but you want to make sure you don't clear those minions. Also, to do any of your damage, you need to be in close...and you're really hurting your potential aggression with that item being built so early.
Back to his kit. You'll either commit with a 1-3 combo for damage/healing, or maybe a 2-3 combo. And if you're not blighting them, you have very little actual control.
CC with blight applied initially (and depending on what abilities you have available): Slow, Fear
CC without blight applied initially: silence
What does this mean? He's just not a great Support, at least in that kind of role. Aggressive function could work, but he's not even a strong god right now. This is stretching it, and just not something that I feel will work well without some build modification.
But again...he's just not a strong god right now.
