After Elixir of Speed is bought, you can go any way you like, situational itens are welcome to be built, it you have no ideal what to do, i would suggest to Bloodforge be the final piece of this show, the shield given by killing an enemy god might be the difference between life and grey screen.

* This setup isn't tested by me for this season, keep that in mind when building these items.
Kriega1 had suggested this one last year, this is a honorable mention and don't forget to replace Warrior Tabi for Mantle of Discord after Elixir of Speed.

After Elixir of Speed is bought, you can go Breastplate of Valor to help up tank physical damage but if enemy adc have built critical you should look for Spectral Armor
Some of these itens are suggested to build on Solo Lane, feel free to choose the best option

Also i recommend warriors axe on set as late game sundering axe upgrade is extremely good as a poke tool with your 1 and you get more of a benefit from warriors axe imo from the base stats as it has hp and prots.
But i also would like to know which item would you build instead.
Also btw Hydra's Lament doesen't proc on Set's 2 anymore (which also means you can't abuse it with his ult active), so since he doesen't really abuse it anymore, im not sure i'd even build it at all on Set anymore tbh.
I also used to build The Crusher as 2nd item but the buff in Even with the buff of [[transcendence i wouldn't consider build it and Brawler's Beat Stick is a situational item.
Talking about The Crusher and Serrated Edge i used to build'em both but the buff of Jotunn's Wrath i stopped to build them. I would consider Hydra's Lament cause of the burst and will update the guide. I will also add this build suggestion in the guide.
Out of these options you should never build Arondight because it only procs after the ult has finished, which is usually when you will be disengaging from the fight.
You used to be able to build Hydra's Lament but they changed how it interacted with your 2, Spawn of Set, so now it only procs on your 1, 3 and Ult which is fairly lackluster.
So for pure damage options you're left with going two items from the mace tree and/or Stone Cutting Sword; or picking one of those 4 items and going into Transcendence.
Because of Trans lower cost it's much more efficient for a jungle pick up, and all that power is going to scale well on Set's AA and ability damage.
Void is nice but I don't think of it as core because if your Solo picks it up (which they likely will) it isn't necessary, and the 60 power scaling from Shifter's makes your autos hit harder, plus 40 of each protection after the fight has started is good for physical and magical gods instead of just physical.

Second, i'll refute your argument for replace Hydra's Lament for Heartseeker.
Hydra's Lament would be a nice to be placed instead of Transcendence but in this way you may lack of mana, the CDR is not the focus on Set.
In Solo Lane you can only count with the CDR of Gladiator's Shield.
Heartseeker is a lategame item due to its high price, if you're looking for early game pressure, build Hydra's Lament as third item and forget about the lategame item Bloodforge and its powerful passive, power spike and lifesteal.
I made a test at training area and i've done a total damage of 1018 with Hydra's Lament after using Spawn of Set, Skewer and AA. Then i made the same test for Heartseeker and got a total damage of 1116.
To put all in a nutshell, i rather recommend to put Hydra's Lament as a situational item instead of core item.
e.g. Warrior > Crusher > Trans > Hydra's > Heartseeker > Bloodforge?
:) Suggestion to think over.
The probability of using Sandstorm to deal damage is lower than to use to engage or disengage and the damage reduction is 15% on all levels.
