the probleme i see with nu wa is the same with baka and than, small tweeks can make them OP or UP in an instant.

True, I agree.

Maybe instead of preventing the Clay Soldiers from hitting the tower, we could just reduce their damage from 20 to 10 or 5. I mean, no one has ever thought to themselves "OMG Nu Wa summoned her Clay Soldiers! Oh no what am I gonna do now? they'll kill me!".

Okay, I think it's time for Zhong Kui.

The problem: He is nearly gank-resistant early game thanks to his ultimate Recall Demons and his passive Demon Bag, which grant him, even at level 5, about 40/80 protections. And that's for a mage with capabilities of inflicting tremendous damage.

So, let's tweak his passive. Grant it a maximum demons according to his level.

Currently, his passive grants him 2 protections per demon captured, up to 20 demons, so that's 40 protections.

My suggestion:

Maximum demons captured: 5 + 1 * Zhong Kui's Level. That way, end game he'll be able to get even more protections to his passive than before, but early game he won't be as beefy.

Sorry to bring back an old topic, but I think Nu Wa needs to be re-examined again. As a Nu Wa player, my problems with her are that she is entirely too dependent on her ultimate. Your suggestion mitigated this somewhat, but 15% attack speed is too insignificant to be a reliable self-buff.

I suggest keeping the old clay soldiers, but lowering the CD of pillars of heaven to 50/45/40/35/30 seconds, but the slow is a flat 40% at all ranks and the duration lasts 2.0/2.25/2.5/2.75/3.0 seconds instead of a flat 3 seconds.

The ZK suggestion is a good one. 20-ish protections is nothing to sneeze at early, and the slight buff is also notable.

TormentedT: Well, I'd take any nerf for a more reliable form of damage. What would you suggest? Lowered slow time? Lowered pillars duration? Lowered stun intensity? Etc etc.

I find Nu Wa's passive very creative in concept but poorly executed. I hardly play her though but IMO the passive works at full capacity when you have used all the skills in succession within 10s. I dont get the idea why it has been made to work this way. Yes she's v.much dependent on ulti for damage. Also, she's in the league of mages with a lot of CC.

Once again, on Nu Wa, I feel like making her clay soldiers squishier is not the way to go. I think the fix is a simple as either A) Towers do not target Clay Soldiers or B) Towers deal 500% damage against Clay Soldiers.

As of right now, killing Clay Soldiers is not a problem at all (at least I feel), so making them squishier would simply make them even more useless.

I think Clay Soldiers needs to have utility on the actual soldiers as opposed to utility for Nu Wa, just to make them more useful and keeping them alive more important. It could be anything from slows on their basic attacks or jungle monsters and minions instantly turn their aggro to them (I think SubZero008 might like this change the most for his own personal play style, making a point into Clay Soldiers actually be useful for jungle Nu Wa.
