This build overcaps attack speed by a fair amount. I was just checking it on Kali and it reaches 2.78 late game. I took this from the Kali part but I think it's the same formula on different gods. Also the overcap might vary on different Assassins attack speeds.

Yeah I might take Stone Cutting out and add silverbranch, or add berserkers and swap Exe for Silver.

I've always built > on Kali then gone into the AA items afterwards. Do you not think it's as good? I've seen Incon use it I'm not sure about others.

I think Crusher is worse with the Stone Cutting buff, also Crusher would always eventually get sold late anyway before, for either percent pen or odysseus’ bow.
